  Teacher Response Tips:-
* Provide a "mistake okay" climate for questions and answers.
* Assert that there may be multiple answers to your questions.
* Check in with audience before asking question to insure readiness.
* Everyone gets a partner as a consultant.
* Utilize response cards, signals, cues.
* Give a multiple choice menu with the question.
* Ask who is ready and has the answer.
* Provide more wait time - respect learning styles.
* Utilize team and group cooperative responses.
* Develop a signal for students to use when they are ready.
* Role reversal - have students check your work.

       Tips to encourage intrinsic motivation :-
* Help the learners to control their environment.
* Encourage stimulation, activity and patience for incongruities.
* Discourage feelings of inferiority.
* Provide choices that tap into learner goals.
* Build high self-concept and positive beliefs.
* Offer challenges, problems and novelty.
* Have high expectations of success.
* Role-model satisfaction from achievement.
* Create situations where learning is the by-product.
* Stimulate emotional intensity in learning through music, competitions,
   and role playing.

  Tips to enhance the oral fluency :-
* Encourage learners to speak.
* Don't interrupt learners or jump on mistakes.
* Let learners express themselves freely.
* Prevail a relaxed atmosphere over your class,
   this will unleash the learners' imagination.
* Don't dominate all the time; leave a room for learners. 
    Learn to take a back seat.
* Of all activities "conversation' is the one, which obviously
   concentrates on fluency rather than accuracy. 
* Beware of big issues as the basis of conversation lessons.
* Let learners talk about topics thet interest them.
   Don't impose topics, which interest you.
 * Provocative statements are often better than questions.

   Tips to encourage creative writing :-
* Encourage pupils to keep diaries.
* Free writing : Everyday pupils write whatever comes
    into their minds. (2-3 minutes).
* Using a picture or a drawing to write a description.
* Writing about dreams and memories.
* Talking and thinking about the future.
* Write about happy and sad events.
* Write a description of another pupil intheir class without
   mentioning his\her name. The class guess.

 Tips for classroom management :-
* Start by being firm. then relax .
* Get silence before you start speaking .
* Use students 'names .
* Prepare lessons thoroughly .
* Give clear instructions .
* Have extra material at hand for left time / fast Ss .
* Anticipate discipline problems & act quickly .
* Use humour constructively .
* Show yourself as a supporter & helper .
* Don't patronize, treat with respect .
* Be enthusiastic as it is contagious .
* Be friendly & warm .
* Vary teaching techniques .
* Be mobile, walk around the class .
* Show interest in all your students .
* Be tolerant & patient .
* Deal with problems quietly to prevent escalation .
* Don't take things personally .
* Avoid threats .
* Keep eye contact .

                The brain is continuously making sense of experience .Everything in the classroom is "experience" . The presentation, the activity, the silent reading, the cooperative group, the worksheet - everything is being processed by the brain and is given a unique set of meanings .
